Media For All

Media For All (MEFA) is a not-for-profit social enterprise, founded in 2017 by Naren Patel to support those working in the UK media and advertising industry from a Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority background. The organisation is committed to increasing diversity and inclusion across the industry by connecting professionals with mentors, resources and career opportunities. With a growing network of over 1,100 members, MEFA champions a more equitable media landscape through impactful events, strategic partnerships and community-building initiatives, ensuring everyone has a voice and the opportunity to thrive.
