Luke Bozeat

Luke is currently Chief Operating Officer for GroupM UK having moved into the role in April 2023, prior to this he was COO at EssenceMediacom UK. Luke joined MediaCom in 2000 as a graduate and has spent 23 years honing his skills to become an astute media practitioner and is a longstanding member of GroupM & WPP. As a COO, Luke is not only dedicated to helping client accounts grow, but is also the oil that keeps the business running smoothly, his plan is to continuously evolve the agency structures to be agile in the face of an ever-changing industry. Beyond the agency world Luke is also a member of the IPA's media futures group, the body responsible for ensuring media is at the forefront of the advertising industry.
