Since Rachel Forde took over as CEO in 2018, RECMA has named UM the fastest growing agency in that period with 83% growth. We have over-delivered against our new business revenue targets in 2021 by 25% and welcomed Beauty Pie and Airtasker.  We also retained Just Eat and Tourism Australia in competitive pitches and grew organic revenue for consultancy services by 100% against 2019, again beating our 2021 target.

We are closer to our clients than ever before with a 98% retention rate and our highest ever TRR (The Referral Rating) advocacy score of 8.7, versus the industry average of 6.8. We recently extended our contract with largest client, Johnson and Johnson, for a further 3 years. Meaning 10 years of partnership, before they consider another review. We've been named the most progressive agency for 'digital, data and content capabilities', by Forrester for 2020 and 2021and won significant awards for industry leading work by Mediaweek and Campaign. At a company level, we have been named Mediatel Agency of the Year 2021, for what the judges described as an agency 'growing in the right way'. By right way, they meant continuing to nurture our special culture and using our skills to make a positive difference to the industry and wider society
