Reach, Carat & Co-op Funeralcare embarked on their first “In Loving Memory” campaign in March 2020, helping communities navigate the death of a loved one in the height of a global pandemic. The campaign saw huge success, not only driving market share but importantly giving a heartfelt platform for many families to pay tribute to their loved ones. But after this, life didn’t simply return back to normal. Co-op Funeralcare identified that in a year where death had dominated headlines, there was a stark need to continue to help guide the Great British public through grief. Together, Co-op Funeralcare and Reach offered help and advice through the voices of experts in this field, across national and regional platforms. Our campaign struck an emotional chord with our audience, resulting in uplifts in consideration and taking action to find out more about Co-op Funeralcare.
