People scores were at an all-time low, a massive risk of losing talent to fierce competition, and a few projects hadn’t really gone to plan

In the words of that great 90s philosopher Vanilla Ice, it was time for us to stop, collaborate and listen.

With a new MD taking to the stage, we completely overhauled our approach to our people and partners. We stopped and listened to the Sky Media team. Opened our doors to give clients and agencies more insight and input into Sky Media’s proposition. And collaborated even closer with our partners.

Not only did we further boost performance and deliver more award-winning work, but we delivered a stronger, happier and more successful team.
