Client: The Bicester Collection

The Bicester Collection is a global luxury shopping destination with 9 destinations worldwide. The Bicester Collection knew they needed to evolve their disparate media plans - which were largely based on assumptions –

to something more sophisticated and efficient. We translated this opportunity into a huge data transformation project that combined best practice econometric modelling with new technology capabilities such as machine learning and AI. The challenge with scenario planning tools is they still require a degree of specialist knowledge to use. By embracing the accessibility and speed of AI technology and interfaces, the team engineered a game changing tool - Next Best Decisioning (NBD). And so, gave agency and client teams the ability to generate and optimise a plan from scratch, based on a set of simple parameters.
