She is a passionate advocate for more diverse representation across the industry, sharing her experiences at Industry wide events such as LEAD23. She also brings that passion to her role as Co-Chair of the OMG Multicultural group which under her leadership, alongside her co-chair, has seen the launch of OMG Cultures, providing a safe space to connect multicultural colleagues, but also an inclusive community open to allies as well across OMG in the UK.
