To better communicate stories of helpfulness to the nation, Tesco partnered with the three biggest radio networks – a media first – to create ‘Little Helps Day’, a celebration of great local heroes and Tesco community projects. Reaching 24 million people in 24 hours, ‘Little Helps Day’ became Tesco’s most talkable campaign ever, grew reputation scores by 4.5 points, and contributed to a 33% increase in ROI. Not bad for only a day’s work!
