The purpose of the role is to excite clients and colleagues with a fresh way of thinking about not only how we build audience segments, but also how we take those audience segments through to media activation. We created the role very much with Kayla in mind and tasked her to take the unique way in which we think about audiences at UM and evidence an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit in cross and upselling new audience products and services. Kayla has overachieved in every aspect of this role. Producing new audience products, which have resulted in success in new business, as well as delivering incremental revenue through existing clients. Kayla’s impact has been such, that we recently promoted her to Audience Manager, skipping the Audience Senior Executive level, to reflect her over achievement. At UM, we are focused on growing our revenue through new and organic services. Kayla has delivered the audience analysis for our last four pitch wins, MoneySuperMarket, Fidelity and the largest plant-based business in the world, Upfield as well as General Mills. In every instance, Kayla’s work was called out as a significant reason to work with UM.
