House Beautiful inspires house-proud consumers who spend £40bn each year in the UK transforming their homes. But as a print heritage brand revenues had been gradually dipping. Something needed to change!

Increasingly consumers are looking to trusted sources to help them achieve their dream home. But they also want to convert this inspiration directly into action. This was the catalyst for a transformational development decision. We took a three-pronged approach; We launched the House Beautiful Marketplace offering 2,200 hand-picked shoppable products across 90 categories. We fast-tracked Licensing Partnerships adding a major partnership with Dreams and creating 500 new products with Homebase. We accelerated affiliate content-to-commerce skilfully curating products and ensuring those affiliates were highly visible. This helped us achieve our incredibly ambitious goals ranging from increasing non-advertising and overall revenues and profitability, to expanding our licensing activities and growing 1st party data. All whilst maintaining the integrity, audience and trust of the brand.
