Grace Valentine-Stanton

I began my career at a startup in the operations department. In five years, I have moved from an entry level position, to being the sole operations point person during the pandemic, to a new, Head of department role last year. I have hired and now lead a diverse team of 12 who are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of OOH campaigns. This includes managing hundreds of campaigns and thousands of pieces of content each month.

OOH, through the growth of digital, automation and programmatic is an exciting medium to be part of. I love what I do; leading people and change is a privilege. Initiatives I have led include bringing our content scheduling in-house, building new relationships with clients in the delivery space, introducing three different tech stacks and adapting delivery processes within a new CRM system.

I’d like to be recognised as a Rising Star, for me, Alight and for Delivery. Delivery is not often recognised across awards schemes despite the talent, dedication, and transformation this part of our industry brings. Hopefully my application can help change that.
