Garrett is CEO of Hearts & Science UK having helped launch the agency in 2018. As CEO he is the central architect of the agency vision and ensuring it manifests in the agency's day-to-day behaviours and work. Garrett has been with OMG for over 18 years, during that time he has worked with a range of brands and categories such as Ocado, Peloton, Go.Compare, Channel 4, Amazon Prime, Carlsberg, Levi's, Peugeot, and Paddy Power. Committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce, he sits on OMG's DE&I Steering Group and sponsors OMGS LGBTQ+ Advisory Team. He helped establish the OMG Sustainability Group and represents OMG on the Advertising Association's AdNetZero Steering Group, he's MIPA accredited, and a member of the IPA council, the governing body responsible for overseeing membership, strategic focus and management.
Under Garrett’s lead, the agency has delivered £200 million in net new business, including Jaguar Land Rover and Allwyn, consolidating the agency’s position as the market leader in incremental new business wins and one of the UK’s fastest growing agencies.
