Dan seamlessly transitioned from coordinating over £60m of public spend for the Cabinet Office to managing commercial targets for 90% of our client portfolio. But his impact goes far beyond numbers.

Dan leads our Pride network and is MG OMD’s voice on the OMG LGBTQ+ Advisory Board. He spearheaded the first group-level Trans+ Awareness Training and united agency CEOs to support Outvertising’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ campaign, standing firm against prejudice. His dedication played a key role in our Stonewall Gold employer accreditation, propelling OMG UK to 39th place in 2024's top 100 list. Externally, Dan’s influence extends as an active member of the Steering Committee for InterMediaUK, championing inclusivity across the media industry. He’s driven to make OMG UK and the entire industry a top choice for the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring our presence at major events like National Student Pride.
