In the past year, our team has collaborated with agencies, advertisers and publishers to develop new products to drive greater advertising success within premium environments. We’ve created a huge appetite for our premium proposition through consistent, benchmark-busting results. We’ve focused on diversity both within our team and across our platform. We’ve rebalanced our team with even more gender parity, structured opportunities for graduates and school leavers, all while driving promotions from within. At the same time, we’ve complemented our large, high traffic publishers with smaller premium partners who deliver on interest-based or diverse community-driven content.
