Emma has over 18 years' experience in the media industry, working on some of the UK's best loved brands such as John Lewis, O2, Specsavers and British Airways. At MG OMD, she is tasked with delivering the highest standards of collaborative, effective and innovative media planning across all channels and disciplines. She has been at the helm of the agency's planning output for the last 5 years and in that time has focused on developing new capabilities into the team including Inclusive planning and Responsible media, alongside more traditional planning skills ensuring that the work she is driving is both pioneering and purposeful. She is a member of the agency's Steering Group and contributes significantly to MGOMD's leadership with particular focus on new business. Emma was recently awarded as Campaign's UK Planner of the Year 2023 and Campaign's Global Media Planning Leader of the Year 2021 & 2022.
