Ailsa Buckley

Ailsa Buckley is Managing Director of Havas Media UK. Her career spans over 22 years all media agency side. Her passion lies in developing high performing individuals and teams. She was awarded Mentor of the Year at the Inspiring Women Awards in 2024 for her work in this area. Prior to joining Havas UK, Ailsa held a variety of client leadership roles at various Group M agencies. Ailsa also sits on the DE&I committee of Havas Village London and on the Client Relationship Group at the IPA.
